Dear deepin friends, in order to ensure version quality of the next update, we're now launching internal testing seeking participation from all members in this team.
Changelog:
Add Display Settings in the right-click menu of Dock under the multiple-screen mode.
Add a new entry to modify the Computer ID in Control Center.
Optimize the verification logic of account name
Optimize the interaction logic of the Launcher
Optimize the network proxy function
Fix the failure issue to successfully delete an account
Fix the abnormal display on the right Notification panel
Fix the language error of the prompt message when the account password is input incorrectly
Fix the Chinese display error after inputting the lock-screen password under the Chinese input method.
Fix the display error of the network signal.
Fix the abnormal display of the app interface overlapping the Dock after connecting to a second screen via the display port for the first time and selecting the copy mode.
Testing Schedule
2021.8.6: Commence testing.
2021.8.6——2021.8.13: Test, reply and feedback your questions in this post.
2021.8.13: End testing.
Test Procedure
Connect to the internal source and upgrade the system to the latest edition.
Upgrade method:（The internal test version may be unstable. Please do not use it in production environment）
Change the sources, run in terminal:
sudo deepin-editor /etc/apt/sources.list
Paste the following contents to sources.list, then save and exit.
## Generated by deepin-installer deb [by-hash=force] https://community-packages.deepin.com/deepin/ apricot main contrib non-free #deb-src https://community-packages.deepin.com/deepin/ apricot main contrib non-free deb [trusted=yes] https://proposed-packages.deepin.com/dde-apricot unstable main contrib non-free
3、Execute sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade command in terminal. After upgrade successful, please reboot your computer.
