Hello. I downloaded deepin-desktop-community-25.2.0-amd64.iso and verified sha checksums. Then created a bootable USB and tried live system before installing. But in the live system, some of native apps are not launching. Terminal, file manager works fine but text editor, video player, calendar, calculator etc. is not working. Is it a bug just I encounter or anybody experience the same issue?

These application were packaged using Linyaps (a new application format). Try installing the OS or in live mode try to update the system. You can use control center and app store to check for updates or run in terminal:

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
sudo llpkg upgrade

Also if u have nvidia gpu, make sure u are using propriatery driver.

I run these commands in the terminal. It made some changes, updates. But no change.
In Settings app, system update shows "Your system is up to date"
Deepin Store shows only one update: UOS AI, which always fails.
If you want to display installed app in Deepin store, it shows "App introduction drifted away."
