系统升级到最新版本。
然后参考这里的方法
https://bbs.deepin.org/post/230349
使用sudo apt reinstall dde-control-center解决了。
你也可以直接在当前版本下使用这个方法试一下，不行就升级系统后再重新安装控制中心。
