问题现象：
部分窗体在打开时不会出现任务栏图标，同时最小化动画渲染显示缩小到鼠标位置（正常情况下，应该正确显示任务栏图标、最小化动画渲染显示缩小到任务栏图标中）。

该问题不是100%复现，偶发。
