    Debian维护的LLVM编译器的debian/rules非常逆天, 其中包含了三处发行版代号检测, 有着先进的直接根据发行版代号检查取代老旧的根据pkg-config的包版本检查, 因此移植到deepin v25上需要做发行版特判行为
