    再添加也不能变成以前的摸样了

    原来的全局小菜单，按右键，首选项能够配置首选项
    现在的的全局小菜单，按右键，首选项不能显示首选项全部对话框，而且左边不显示图标

    注销以后可以设置首选项了。
