Hi! I tested deepin 23 on an old Acer laptop with an Intel Celeron N3060, only 2GB of RAM and just 32GB of internal storage. (Acer CloudBook 14)
The deepin 23 installer wouldn't let me install it normally because of the limited storage, so I worked around this by installing deepin 15 first, then upgrading through deepin 20 until I finally reached deepin 23.
When I first got to deepin 23, the system was quite unstable and heavy on this hardware. After enabling ZRAM, reducing startup applications and making some other optimizations, the system became surprisingly fast and stable for such low-end hardware.
In my experience, the built-in deepin browser also worked better than heavier browsers on this laptop, especially with only 2GB of RAM.
It was a fun experiment to see how far deepin could go on such limited hardware. :)
