    I installed Deepin version 25.1, but the microphone on my standard jack headset isn't working. The operating system has assigned the HDMI input and output to the graphics card. I can select the headset from the playback options, but there's no analog microphone option in the input settings. The motherboard's audio chip is ALC892.

    This is a common issue on Linux with Realtek codecs (like the ALC892) where the kernel fails to register the 3.5mm combo jack layout correctly, defaulting audio output to HDMI/GPU and leaving the analog microphone pin unmapped.
