    系统版本：Deepin 25

    内核版本：6.12.65-amd64-desktop-rolling

    笔记本型号：ThinkBook 16 Ultra7

    问题描述：

    安装 Deepin 25 后，触摸板完全无反应，无法移动光标、无法点击，外接鼠标正常。

    已尝试操作：

    1. Fn+F7 开关触摸板无效
    2. 控制中心触摸板已开启
    3. 执行过 sudo modprobe psmouse、sudo synclient TouchpadOff=0 无效
    4. 系统已更新到最新

    相关日志：

    请问这个机型触摸板该怎么解决？有没有驱动或内核参数可以修复？麻烦官方和大佬帮忙看看，谢谢！

    ultra7 300系列的处理器，需要升级固件，内核也要更新，研发这几天会给出6.18的固件和内核，到时候我再发你试试；

    ubuntu也是3.6号加的支持：https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/20250901.git993ff19b-0ubuntu1.10

    研发把最新的6.18内核给出来了，应该可以解决U7 300系列处理器的问题，下载链接里面的固件和内核升级：

    先升级固件（不然读不到Wi-Fi蓝牙那些设备）：

    Issue #12884 · linuxdeepin/developer-center

    再升级内核（先headers再image，装这三个包即可）：

    不是U7 300系列处理器，也存在这个问题。联想小新14IAH8
