    在地址栏输入chrome://settings/system回车，看看硬件加速开了没

    可能是hevc解码不支持。
    看看解码列表有没有hevc或者h265

    你用的“其他浏览器”是什么浏览器？由于专利的缘故，chromium 浏览器没有支持 h265（hevc）
