Second app is Top island :

Top Island for Deepin will add a top notch to your desktop with several useful features.

• a visual indicator with the current time and date
• a timer
• a reminder
• battery charge management
• detection of applications using the microphone and/or webcam in the background
• locking and unlocking your session with a Bluetooth device
• a floating bar with quick access to your favorite applications
• be notified of new email without launching your email application
• easily enable or disable the rock-solid immutable system
