I was able to install the following programs from the commandline/terminal via apt but they are not present in the Appstore/linyaps.

Some don't exist in the store or in apt at all.

• Emacs (is in apt, not store)
• tree (is in apt, not store)
• pass - (is in apt, not store)
• rtorrent (doesn't exist in apt)
• weechat (not in store, but in apt)
• mc (not in store, but in apt)
• tmux (not in store, but in apt)
• irssi (not in store nor in apt)
• 7zip - this one exists in the store but only in chinese. No english. But it can be installed from apt.
• unrar - (not in store, but in apt)
• openssh - (not in store, but in apt)
• gpg - (not in store, but in apt)
• neofetch (not in store, but in apt)
