请问如何更换 Caps Lock 和 Ctrl 键？

我试了上面这个链接中的几个方法，但都不管用。
包括 using xmodmap， using xkb ， 情况是 Ctrl 键改成大写键了，但是大写键无法使用。
还试了修改 /etc/default/keyboard 这个配置，依旧不行。
有人知道怎么改吗？
