I have already provided your feedback to the Deepin development team. They have responded that they will add the window effects you mentioned in future versions. However, it will take some time to develop this feature. Please stay tuned and look forward to it.
Good idea. If you are using deepin 20.x, maybe you can use the systemsettings tool and configure to use the window jelly effect. But maybe deepin v23 won't work.

A suggest for a new feature.
Please add a jelly window effect to Windows like in Zorin OS, or Wobbly/Compiz on Gnome Extension for Gnome Desktop. It's like more fun.
