不要加-t ntfs参数，mount命令早就可以智能判断文件系统类型了，除非mount判断错误。
另外，mount -a命令是根据fstab里面的条目来挂载其中的文件系统的，没有写到fstab里面的文件系统不会挂载。

我已经将fstab中的磁盘信息修改了，可是，还是挂载不上去。

不要改fstab，那个是每次开机会自动挂载的磁盘列表。
用"mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt"可以吗？
会出现什么错误？
