    重启一下电脑后控制面板就不能打开了，这是什么情况啊。大神们，有什么解决之道呢，速求。

    一般我只知道安装了115网盘会这样，卸载了就好。

    如果不是，多半就需要重装桌面环境……一个命令就行了，论坛里有相关的帖子，或者等知道的人来说（用的手机，不方便翻帖子）
