    你需要关闭快速启动，然后把windows完全关机后启动一次，这样才是真正的关闭

    那你应该先找到启动项。
    在控制中心的启动菜单设置里调一下，它会自动刷新启动菜单的。

    重置过了也重启了，没用，要修改grub.cfg文件才行。但是要复制的内容在别的磁盘。

    那要不试一下
    sudo update-grub
    或者
    sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
    实在不行，就放大招吧，livecd启动重装grub

    但是重装也不一定会发现windows引导项的。
