    开不了，而且就算没有打开窗口特效，下面也是有窗口圆角的选项的，现在的情况是没有窗口圆角的选项

    我的是打开窗口特效，圆角那个也是灰色的，不能调节，哈哈

    看一下你的窗口管理器 dde-kwin是不是没启动

    如果是dde-wm管理器 的话，就开不了特效模式了
