全盘安装会将/opt、/var、/usr等目录放在该分区，也就是说程序都安装在这个分区的。

难道楼主的 /home 分区不是新建的独立分区？

我是手动选择的分区，但是/opt /var /usr都在系统盘里，也不在这个里面

是新建的分区，应该就是有隐藏部分吧

wine应用会安装到/home/.deepinwine和/home/.wine中，比如wine版微信、QQ会占用很大空间。
个人设置、应用的设置文件也会保存在/home中。
在文件管理器右上角点三杠，设置，隐藏文件，选中显示隐藏文件，就可以看到了。
