大多数现代笔记本电脑在电池充满的情况下一般会改为直接由充电器供电，此时电池闲置，以避免过充问题。

之前电脑用windows的时候，有电源管理软件可以控制充电的阈值，插电源的时候优先使用电源，可以延长电池寿命。我们能否也做一个类似的笔记本电源电池管理软件？目前看v23是一直在充电。
