- 机器是什么样的配置呢，有部分机型使用deepin还是挺流畅适配挺好的~

请问下，打开应用商店卡死是在什么场景下出现呢，下载或卸载应用时？
方便的话也请描述下上网卡死是在什么场景下出现呢，浏览器访问网页或是其它？这样能方便我们跟踪复现问题

电脑配置如下，可能配置低了，但不置于卡死。卡死是在进入应用商店后大约一分钟左右，没有特殊使用场景，有几次是搜索软件时。打开网页卡死是在打开浏览器也是一分钟左右，说是死机吧，还不是，偶尔鼠标还会移动一下。我把系统更新设置里的内测通道关了，好点了，到现在还没有出现卡死的情况。
