    选中这个，然后在右边的设置里把动画持续时间增加，我用的是400ms

    这样打开和关闭应用的窗口的时候就会有淡入淡出的特效了，而且速度比较慢，比较“优雅”joy

    在虚拟机里使用用Kwin窗口管理器的桌面不能把最小化效果设置成魔灯效果，鼠标左键最小化按钮可以看到效果，但是会立即黑屏，我的虚拟机用的VMware
