    任务栏设置为一直隐藏，重启后任务栏无法弹出

    　系统设置 》个性化》任务栏》状态》一直隐藏

    问题如何重现

    　系统设置 》个性化》任务栏》状态》一直隐藏

    电脑关机，重新开机，任务栏无法弹出。

    电脑直接重启时无法重现，必须是关机，或者长时间休眠导致关机

    问题重现频率

    　大概率出现

    只有长时间休眠，或者关机出现，注销，或者重启就可以了，或者设置修改下一直隐藏改为一直显示，就可以恢复正常
