    我觉得看文档的带护眼模式其实够了，系统没必要带。如果不是搞设计的，看眼疼其实可以调调显示屏的冷暖色，把颜色调的偏暖一些就好看多了，我属于电脑重度使用者。

    控制中心的显示设置里有“红移”吧......调高一点偏暖色调就好吧？
