    This DE based on HTML. How does non-HTML based applications(e.g. Gimp) or how devices are running (e.g. Printer) on this DE?

    Desktop environment is based on HTML, but it does not affect the running of other software, which can be used in Deepin as the same as  other distributions

    Does HTML destop system just start applications?  Window manager base on HTML?  Can you give more details please?

    Our desktop environment front end is based on HTML technology, but it does not affect the program running under Linux. Our window manager is compiz and the detailed principle is too complicated,  I think only you can understand after you learnt a certain variable programming knowledge.
