    这标题栏抖得让人心慌啊😂

    复现方法：点击“SIG-创建和管理指南”，然后用鼠标滚轮慢慢慢慢向下滑动

    我这边V20.6和V23也有这个问题：当滚动到遮住第二个标题后就会稳定了。

    这应该是网页设置的问题：滚动过程logo所在栏会由大变小，造成抖动。

    firefox也不正常
