    添加打印机时，使用的是手动添加驱动，使用的是bisheng驱动，添加成功后，打印测试页出现无法定位打印机。在查看故障排查时，在检查打印机连接状态的一栏出现2c6f94ad11f无法解析，请联系管理员。请问怎么解决？
