我一开始就是以为是启动项多，我特地查看过，但似乎都是系统需要的，不敢轻易关闭，这个文件是我的启动项列表，我觉得也没有特殊的 a.txt

这个命令可以，这个是我的执行时长 blame.txt
里面确实看到好几个20几秒的启动项，我挨个研究下，届时有进展会同步到帖子下面

求助啊，每天电脑开机启动时间很长(大概要好几分钟)，搞得我的都不敢随意关机，然后开机之后也很卡，发现每分钟平均负载有点高，过一段时间之后负载才会降下来，我的电脑配置也不是很差的那种。已经关闭了窗口特效。
