    无法使用键盘怎么办？如何用命令输入呢？要是有个键盘在屏幕上就好了。我换过另一个键盘也不行。

    我解决这个问题了，谢谢......

    我是把电脑重启后......然后按键盘看看能不能使用，不行的话再重启按键盘试试，不行就再重启试......突然键盘就可以使用了

    我也遇到这个问题，键盘是好的，换了键盘还是一样，按键盘Num lock键，键盘指示灯正常，就是无法输入字符，郁闷了！20.5 和20.6版本都试过，同样的问题，求解！！！
