看你截图的命令就感觉不对。
首先，用wine运行exe软件，前面最好不要加sudo。我在Ubuntu论坛上看到过一句话：“永远不要用root权限运行wine”。
第二，你deepin-wine6-stable后面接aDrive.exe？你并没有告诉deepin-wine6-stable，你的exe应用的路径在哪里。你应该在deepin-wine6-stable后面接exe软件的路径。比如，如果你把aDrive.exe放在了~/Downloads文件夹里，那么正确的命令是：
deepin-wine6-stable ~/Downloads/aDrive.exe
第三，你如果不在deepin-wine6-stable前面用WINEPREFIX=指定容器路径的话，deepin-wine6-stable会默认将exe安装到.wine这个容器。而原生wine也是默认用.wine容器。以后在.wine容器安装的exe软件多了就会有冲突，因为不同的exe软件对容器的要求也不一样。因此，把exe安装到.wine容器并不是好的做法。你最好在deepin-wine6-stable前面指定一个另外的容器，比如容器名Deepin-aDrive。这样完整的命令是：
WINEPREFIX=~/.deepinwine/Deepin-aDrive deepin-wine6-stable ~/Downloads/aDrive.exe
