    如果是两条内存，关机后检查是否插好，重新插拔一下

    不会预留给dp的，可能内存硬件问题，或内存条坏或插口坏或脏，先进行插口清洁重新安装试试

    单独进dp就是4g内存，单独做win10也是4g，先做win10在做dp进dp就是4g进win10就是2g
