    UOS/Deepin的电源管理一直有问题，具体表现是CPU始终以最高睿频运行

    5.10内核必现，5.15内核冷启动后必现，重启后大概率解决

    用了这么多发行版，只有UOS/Deepin遇到这样的问题，是内核做了啥改动吗？

    deepin版本已经升级到了20.6，问题依然存在
