安装edge浏览器，在如图所示位置添加之后，选择发送到桌面，然后就可以离线使用。这个分别有中文模式和英文模式

猜测楼主因为是选择的一个细条导致特征不足，可以试试看把选择区域放大一些。

没有我本地部署的OCR准确。应该是图片预处理的问题。
