电脑管家的驱动分为本地仓和云端仓库：
本地仓的驱动都是网卡驱动，用于用户没有有网的情况先解决网络问题。（在没网的情况下无法访问云端，死循环了～）
云端驱动包括网卡驱动和其他驱动
