设置里不能调整吗？Ctrl+Shift切换不了了？
打开任务管理器把输入法那个进程关掉，再启动一遍输入法试试;
或者是你在设置里修改了快捷键

看个人习惯吧，deepin的原生输入法我用不明白，才用的搜狗，Windows的原生个人感觉好用，一直在用。

输入法闪退失效的问题，可以重启或者注销
也可以在【控制中心】-【键盘和语言】-【输入法】，点击它的属性设置按钮，尝试让它重新打开
