    信创还没推到他们那吧。。。今年我记得是要全面完成信创的，这破事儿估计也快出解决方案了。

    这事情解决起来不难，难的是那些行政部门都懒惰成性，到现在还有很多网站要依靠flash

    税务局这个只要让浏览器能导入证书使用就能解决的事，他们都懒得去处理
