    cpu性能太差的可以关闭特效使用

    我也是，20.5占用23%～30%，直接卡爆。关掉桌面特效就好了。这是特效有问题，不是性能问题。

    本意是一直能跟着上游走的，dde-kwin 只是给 kwin 扩展了一些功能，不是为了魔改后代替它。
