系统使用中，发现文件夹中的文件正在编辑状态中，或者文件正在编辑中时，文件夹或者文件仍然能改名、移动位置。对于这个操作在windows中是不被允许的，在deepin中，是linux系统本身的机制呢？还是deepin系统特有的？
以我的理解，对于电脑初学者来说，“保存”或“另存”本身就存在理解上的障碍，没有“占用”提示的情况下，更不利于电脑初学者控制文件的版本了。
