    hello guys

    i am new at using the deepin os but recently i have encountered with error

    during the booting it stucks in the logo and i dont know the reason.

    please need some hands here.......😥

    Reboot, and when the logo first appears press the Escape button on your keyboard. Then the screen will show the start log. Maybe that can help others in the forum help you solve the problem.

    [UPDATE]upgrade Virtualbox（If you have）or choose"Advanced Options">"Kernel 5.15.x"in grub

    You can try to select the 5.15 kernel in the advanced options.
