    不像windows那样放在边框附近的一定范围内都可以调整。

    深度好像对这个精度要求太高了一点点。

    确实，当鼠标移到窗口的左右边和下边，不能变成可拖动的光标。

    刚试了一下，跟应用有关系，文件管理器没这问题，EDGE浏览器就有这问题。
