    出现场景：向外部U盘中拷贝文件过程中

    问题描述：此时操作文件管理器，出现卡顿，无响应等问题

    系统环境：20.5-5.15.24内核

    就是往U盘里面拷贝大文件，然后操作一会文件管理器就会出现卡顿现象
