    安装20.4版本卡在deepin，在网上找到了15.11版本安装顺利，没有卡在deepin安装界面这个问题。总体来说这个20.4版本更新的体验应该算是退步了。

    是卡在黑屏，然后只有一个deepin logo这个界面吗？也就是完全进不去安装界面？

    照理说不会出现deepin15能装但是deepin20不能装的情况。可以提供一下硬件配置吗？主要是处理器和显卡。

    我以前也碰到过，低版本可以安装，高版本卡住。

    可以安装20.2或者20.3试一下，安装后再升级到20.4
