我还发现，在工具栏上我的文件夹也失踪了。怎么在硬盘找文件，也成了问题。

第一个问题：桌面漆黑，快捷键失踪。
但是，从“打开文件”里看到，桌面的所有快捷图标依旧还在。
第二个问题：组合键“Ctrl+Alt+A”后，没法进行截图。
