现在连重装都不行了，一直卡在LOGO这个界面

我用笔记本电脑全盘安装20.4系统后，出现以下两个问题，请大佬们帮忙看下怎么解决。PS：笔记本硬盘是自己换的256的固态硬盘。
1、启动后在应用商店下载软件安装时候出现黑屏报错，详下图
2、在系统中通过设置里面的系统升级时特别卡顿，除了鼠标可移动，其他全无效，大概需要等10分钟后恢复，但是在使用时立马又卡住了。
3、今天晚上启动电脑直接报错了，怎么办啊，各位大神帮帮忙！
