[Hardware] External Monitor Not Working [HDMI, NVIDIA]

Installed Deepin and it doesn't recognize my secondary HDMI display. My graphics is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti. I tried to disable then uninstall nouveau and litedm then installed the proprietary driver from their website and nothing happened.
So I just reinstalled deeping hoping that the "install closed source nvidia" checkbox will make a difference, but nothing happened.
Here are my specifications:
I love Deepin, but the issue with the display is a headache for me. A secondary monitor is very important for the work that I do. Please help!
