    以我无可靠的经验来看，是另外一个程序正在更新系统，你可以等另外一个程序执行完了再更新试试。实在不行可以重启后重新执行命令。

    另一个程序正在使用dpkg。可能是自动更新，或者是在安装些什么。

    重启后再试，如果重启提示apt问题，就结束这个进程
