BIOS 里关闭 安全启动 试试？？

第一个应该固件问题，需要联系主板厂商或者更新一下厂商的最新版本固件看下还有没有问题。

第二个可以试试如下方法

1. Start your HP Notebook by switching power on.
2. In the first seconds after power on you have to press ESC to enter the boot menu.
3. Select Option BIOS-Setup F10
   If no request for password follow the instructions 4.1 to 4.4 otherwise jump to step 5
   4.1 On the next screen you see on top of the screen 3 Options: select Security
   4.2 The options for TPM Embedded Security are greyed out
   4.3 Set password
   4.4 Safe settings and restart the notebook by following steps 1 to 3 and jump to step 5
4. Enter your password
5. On the next screen you see on top of the screen 3 Options: select Security
6. The options for TPM Embedded Security are now available; select this option
7. In the next screen make sure that Availability of the device is visible (in my case the option hidden was set)
8. Save the settings and restart the notebook normally and the error messages should be gone
