“恢复出厂设置”指的是什么？是重新安装吗？是否可以在重新安装是试试其他版本内核（U 盘启动后选择第二项）？

系统老是无法启动，只能恢复出厂设置．然后我以前装的各种APP都没了．只能再重装一遍．过段时间再跟你来这一出，又启动不了．
我怀疑是从20.1更新到20.3后才启动不了，但也只是怀疑而已．有什么办法解决？
