目前定位是bloom图标主题下的一个scan图标导致，具体还在进一步定位和修复中，可以使用临时方案暂时解决，实在抱歉

将图标主题设置为Papirus，问题解决了。反复测试中……

试过了，两种方法都有效。但既然是图标的原因，为什么另一台机器没有发现这个问题。

故障现象：开机无法打开启动器。连续点击很多次后可以打开，而且打开后只要不注销或重启就一直正常；终端执行dde-launcher，再点击启动按钮也可以打开，但关闭终端就会又打不开。
deepin20.3全新安装，内核5.10.60和5.15.1都试过，未安装其它软件。20.2.4也存在此问题。
$ dde-launcher --show
