The problem is as follows: backup does not work if system encryption was selected during installation.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Select System Info - Backup and Restore
Select System Backup (or Full Backup - don't care)
Agree to reboot
In the GRUB menu, leave the default selection, i.e. Deepin 20.3 GNU/Linux
After entering the password to decrypt the partitions, I see only a black screen with the mouse cursor
I noticed that if you reboot and select Deepin Restore at step 4, the backup progress will appear
But this only works if System Backup was selected in step 2
How can this be fixed?

It is designed such that backups are not supported in encryption. We will hidden the option in further version. thank your support.
